Cupcake happy?

Yeah, you could say that. When StampinUp! had their 20th Birthday Celebration, I went crazy...crazy for cupcakes. I bought most of the stuff that was on sale and even some coordinating wheels that weren't on sale. I had lots of fun making this card. It went to another friend of mine whose birthday was also in October.
